Dear Sir or Madam,

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) and Article 14(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/56/EC (hereinafter "GDPR"), applicable from 25 May 2018, we hereby inform you about the manner and purpose for which we process your personal data (hereinafter "data"), as well as your data protection rights.

Why, for what purpose, and on what basis do we process your data?

Your personal data or the personal data of your representatives will be processed in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, paragraph 1, points a, b, c, and f, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and Polish data protection regulations:
- for the conclusion and performance of purchase and sale agreements, and will be stored for the period necessary for tax obligations, i.e., 5 years plus 1 year after the end of cooperation;
- for the recovery of receivables; in this respect, personal data will be stored for one year after the recovery of the receivable or the performance of the last action on personal data in the debt collection process;
- for the purposes of fulfilling tax, payment, and other settlement obligations.

Who can we transfer your data to?

We transfer your personal data to entities with whom we cooperate for the purpose of fulfilling our contracts with you, e.g., entities providing postal, courier, accounting, legal, and IT services.

What rights do you have?

Each of you or your representatives has the right to:
- access their data;
- file an objection. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
